What a Wonderful Time of the Year!

Our Christmas Holiday was full of fun! We started it off with a Kentucky Christmas (early)...I made a quick phone call and Santa gave us a surprise visit on the morning of the 19th! Kate's reaction to her new cozy coupe was priceless! We then hopped in the car and had a great road trip down to South Carolina for two weeks of family, friends, home cooking, date nights (we saw two movies!), dinner at our favorite places, golf for the guys and much more! Here are some highlights of our Christmas:
Christmas in Kentucky:

2nd Annual Cookie Exchange: Lesley and Katherine hosted the 2nd annual cookie exchange for us girls to get together and take some time for the holidays. It was great to see everyone!

Allison invited us over for a bake day. We made 7 layer cookies, haystacks, toffee, peanut butter balls, wedding cookies and turtles...we had so much fun and so many cookies!

With Kate's new Christmas PJs from Papa and Grandma Moore, we headed over to the Griffeth's to see Santa. He read all the kiddos a Christmas book and spent a little time giving out cookies before he headed back to the North Pole to get ready for Christmas.

Christmas Eve with the Thrailkill Family over Dee Dee's and Daves!

Christmas Eve Service: every year my mom takes our great aunt to the Christmas Eve service and we decided to join them this year...yes it was late but it was worth it...it was BEAUTIFUL and perfect!
Merry Christmas: We spent Christmas morning with Dave's family and then Shelly and Brandon came over for lunch and then we headed out to my family for Christmas day night.

Time with some friends: Kate and I took a morning to visit the Miller's and exchange presents with the kiddos...Kate had so much fun and I can't believe how big the twins have gotten...they are 4 years old now! I also got to spend the day with Kel ( my college roomie) and then met up with Lacey and Stephanie for dinner...it was a great girls day. I just loved this pic of me and my moms. The last pic is of my sister's boyfriend's family, they had us over for a yummy dinner and some Wii! We had a wonderful time!
