Eric has been here in the states since January and it is time to say goodbye as he heads back to Kenya to work on his research for school and reunite with his family (i know he missed him so much!) Mom and Bo just had a pool put in so we spent the day in greenville together.

Calla, and Kate, were buddies with Eric

Eric's favorite US food...pizza!

Dave helped get Eric a laptop together to take back to his wife in Kenya that will allow them to skype with each other more often when he returns at the first of the year...they only got to talk once a week this past year...and he will get to see them face to face...his wife and little 4 year old girl.

Eric has never been swimming before...it was so cute b/c he would not get in the water until I got there...I told him early that week that I use to be a lifeguard...so I guess he wanted me there incase he needed some help. It was so much fun watching him learn the basics of swimming...he is such an athlete but swimming tired him out very quickly...it has been a blessing watching him exp things in life that we take for granted...like water you can swim in...they hardly have any water where he is from and what water they have is rain water in a dug out pool where they drink, bathe and feed their animals from...

calla was not too sure about the diving board...daddy bo had to assist her a little

Kate...well she jumped right in!
